Responsibilities:

• Analyze business transactionscontracts and developments to ensure appropriate accounting adviceto senior management and evaluate subsequent recognition infinancial statements
• Prepare and analyzefinancial statements for senior management andinvestors
• Preparation of budgets identificationof cost efficiency targets control and monitor budget performanceand prepare detailed varianceanalysis
• Invoicing and receivables managementin line with best practice to facilitate business and projectcashflows
• Accounts payable and paymentsprocessing management in line with contracts and policies afteraccounting checks and validation
• Plan andmanage audit requirements liaison with auditors and filing ofaudited financial statements
• Ensure accurateVAT accounting compliance and returnfiling
• Manage companys compliance andregulatory affairs and report to senior management and board ofdirectors. These include but not limited to shareholders affairsemployment related issues license renewals and othersactivities
• Clients and stakeholder liaisonincluding but not limited to banking insurance & regulatoryenvironments
• Review and evaluate contracts andtransactions to ensure compliance and take advantageof
• favorable terms andpositions
• Identification and communication ofpotential business and compliance risks to management and adviseaction
• Prepare bank reconciliations accountreconciliations and other reports for accounting an auditcontrol
• Work with the relevant teams to enhancethe quality of reporting and resolveissues
