Description
The Project Manager will manage a propertyportfolio of cafés and restaurants throughout the GCCregion, offering technical, operational and customer focusedexpertise, to ensure projects are delivered on-time to the highestquality.
This managementrole, will work closely with the third-party engineering, MEP andCivil contractors to manage the design and planning of themaintenance, facilities and renovation projects, defining theproject scope and deliverables.
The incumbent will monitor requiredmaintenance works and assign the required staff with regularauditing and site visits.
