Key Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for generating new business, qualify leads through, networking, cold calling, meeting sales targets, identify new business opportunities conducting market research to get new AMC contract, Building Maintenance, Facilities Services, Interior Fitouts, Commercial Cleaning Services, Pest control and Services in the market.
  • Develop, established market penetration in commercial, residential & maintain relationships with Consultant, Architects, with key clients, including property managers, building owners, facility managers & other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting Consultant & other stake holder for business and growth plans and sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to management.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals and Contracts to potential Clients, follow up on payments, Negotiate Contract and Pricing with clients to ensure company profitability with coordination with senior management.
  • Responsible for timely execution of work, Projects Engineer, Site Engineers, and other project members within the team to execute project deliverables.
  • To make sure website and social media content and campaigns are relevant and up to date to promote sales.
  • Must have knowledge of in Maintenance home renovation work of Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, landscape, pool maintenance, cleaning and Pest control. etc.

Qualifications & Requirement
:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience Business Development Manager with have a strong background in selling Maintenance Contracts within the facilities management or general construction contracting industry with a track record of securing high value deals especially within the commercial and public sector.
  • Proven track record of success in business development & demonstrate sales success in the Fit-Out and Construction Industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in using CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Selfmotivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with project management and design software & other is a plus.
  • Attractive commission structure.
UAE Drivers License.


Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- business development executive: 2 years (required)
