Rock Properties Manager Scope**:

To direct operations within his region to ensure that accurate and timely data is provide to the client, develop and maintain good client relationships while maintaining economic viability within the assigned area of operations.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years relevant training and experience

Responsibilities:

The General Manager shall be responsible for ensuring
compliance with this protocol.

The Rock Properties Manager shall be responsible for ensuring

performance of their duties is in compliance with this protocol.

Particulars:

The principle duties outlined in this document encompass the

basic requirements of the Rock Properties Manager. These
duties will be reviewed from time to time as our business
changes.

Prerequisites for this position comprise minimum 5+ years directly

related professional and supervising experience.

Principle Duties:

-
Ensures corporate and local, statutory and regulatory HSE set requirements are complied with by all employees and visitors.

Ensure that the Quality Management System, its implementation, compliance and continual improvements are executed by all department staff.
Pursue financial targets set by the company such as achievement of set DSO goals and lowering or eliminating bad debts.
Provide appropriate resources and proper environment for staff learning and development.
Ensure business units develop and grow through sales and marketing, customer visits and awareness of client activities and requirements.
Enhance business conditions through awareness of competitor's business activities
Remains abreast of technology developments and business climate changes within the industry.
To fully cooperate with sister divisions to ensure good working relationships that ultimately leads to business growth.
Introduction of new services.
To be readily available to meet and achieve all company objectives.
Update the Rock Properties Organizational Chart (PS_RP_C_001) when organizational changes occur.
