Description
The Nail Trainer role is to plan, organize and lead the training of Nails and provide feedback to the management and suggestions to ensure the highest quality in the delivery of all Nails services.
- Lead the nails team
- Training: plan, delivery, assessment and record keeping
- Award and Certificates
- Competition watch
- Establish the training center as a profit center
- Conduct 2 assessments per year to evaluate staff.
Training Plan:
- Analysis of training needs through complaints document, delay documents and observation.
- Estimating training budgets and timelines as per the training plan.
Training Delivery:
- Ensure excellent delivery of Training programs as per the organizational standards to new and existing technicians.
- Ensure all BBL training processes and standards are applied in a way that is consistent across the branches and is adopting best practice wherever identified.
- Actively participate in the morning briefings, weekly and monthly meetings for reiteration of client handling and customer services processes.
Assessments:
- Pre, Mid and Post assessments of trainees during the training program and to be able to identify and flag weak trainees.
- Regular monitoring of complaint documents and directly interacts with clients whenever required to solve treatment related issues.
- Provide constructive feedback to the staff member for any back job.
Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Salon: 2 years (required)
