- Make requisition for thestationary and all other office supplies for the smooth operationsof the office
- Ensure proper maintenance ofaccounting records, receive and distribute Finance Departmentincoming mail
- Ensure that all attendance sheetsfrom different departments are approved before forwarding toPaymaster
- Assist the Paymaster in thedepartmental attendance sheetadministration
- Distribute pay slips to theDepartment Heads and obtain their signatures upondelivery
- Answer incoming calls promptly,transferring calls wherever necessary and record messagesaccurately
- Call up suppliers to collect pendingpayments
- Maintain high level of recordconfidentiality
