As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing our multiple E-commerce stores.

You will be responsible for product uploading, product listing, and order processing, ensuring that products are effectively presented in different marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have good exposure working on Ecommerce Platforms.
  • Product Uploading and Product listing on varoiur marketplace.

Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues or inquiries.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and readily available for customers.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies to make informed decisions.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes.
  • Proficiency in product uploading, listing, and order processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
