Huspy is a proptech startup solving two of the biggest challenges in the home buying journey: home financing and home search. As we shape the future of home buying, we are helping customers secure mortgages and find the home they want quicker, at a more affordable rate, and on a single platform.

We are currently operational in Dubai and Madrid, and we believe the ecosystem we are creating raises the bar for the whole industry and fuels our mission of creating a category-defining experience.

Since our launch in August 2020, we have managed to secure funding from top investors in the world such as Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Fifth Wall, Breyer Capital, and we recently raised $37 million in one of the largest Series A rounds in the history of MENA.

????The Dream Team: Who you'll work with

Product Designers at Huspy own and influence how our products look and feel end-to-end. They're part of the Design Team, report to the Chief Design Officer, and work closely with the Squads/Tribes. We work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires all of us to work hard and hustle, but we always make time to hang out, reflect, and celebrate.

???? The Main Event: What you'll do

• We need to deliver features to the market in a quick and seamless way. You will be the owner of the UX of the features of your tribe, including those from the more junior members of the team.
• Your work doesn't end when the feature is in production, you will need to review its success post-release and suggest improvements.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, contextual research, and so on, to improve the product and help other teams. You will also use various analytics tools to make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of the features and help them find solutions to the problems that can appear during the implementation phase, with a feature-ship mindset focusing on releasing valuable things to the users.
• You will take ownership of your work while delivering a consistent user experience across the product. You are 100% Autonomous.
  
  

????The Perfect Match: What you bring

• Significant experience/background focusing on Product Design. Proficiency in Information Architecture, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, desktop/mobile UI, color, typography, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
• Strong portfolio. Demonstrable design expertise on successfully launched projects, not just concepts - applications without a portfolio won't be considered.
• Interaction Design skills. Define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs and considering how this innovation will scale.
• Expertise in prototyping to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
• Expertise in Figma as design software.
• Solid organization and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while setting appropriate expectations and meeting realistic deadlines.
• Technical | Development Handoff & Quality Control: Prepare specs and assets in a manner that does not cause any confusion. Consistently contact developers and product managers during development to ensure solutions are adequately implemented. I ensure that the design and implementation match before going live.
• Customer Obsession. You strive to deliver 'wow' moments throughout all the touchpoints of the customer journey.
• Humble & Collaborative. You thrive on feedback.
• Market & Trends Awareness. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends.
