Operations Internship - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Re/Think
Description
Update team and line manager on tasks, workload, and pipeline to enable the team to assist in the management.- Liaise with authorities to gather information to support the team with accurate updates.
- Ensure records are up to date, accurate, and complete for all tasks assigned as instructed.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and great emphasis on timing and quality.
- Accuracy whilst saving documents onto the CRM system.
- Assisting to process engagement letters and proforma invoices as per instructions.
- Ensure maintaining client entity records in line with operational procedures and VP as instructed.
- Update with accurate data each file posttask completion in line with mandatory compliance requirements internally and from a Regulatory perspective as instructed.
