- Performs strategic sourcing, selection, accreditation, and on-boarding of vendors for the Company
- Conducts supplier on-boarding prior awarding of projects to vendors.
- Establish Vendor development programs to cultivate reliable and strategic partnership.
- Performs vendor performance management.
- Initiates contract negotiation with the vendor and ensure all vendor is covered by a contract.
- Performs vendor contract monitoring and safekeeping.
- Perform vendor risk assessment/profiling to mitigate possible risks in the supply chain.
- Drives Ethics Compliance including Social Responsibility requirements
- Ensure Ethics compliance within Internal procurement.
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of Procurement Documented Information
- Support in developing process efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance to policies/proceduresRequirements :5- 10 years of experience in procurement vendor management and operationsBachelors degree in supply chain ,procurement or financeExcellent Vendor Management skills preferable from retail backgroundCIPS or other relevant certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
