Project Manager - Exhibition Stands

Looking for a project manager for a exhibition stand builduping company.

This roles involves working closely with Clients, Sales team, Designers and Production team to ensure the successful installation of exhibition stands that meet client objectives and brands standards.

Roles and responsibilities are as follows.


  • Being the main point of contact and responsible for all projects
  • Developing detailed plans for the project execution
  • Preparing budget for the project costing
  • Controlling costs and maximize profitability
  • Arranging outsource for the project requirements including Technical workers, Project materials, Fabrications, Labors etc.,
  • Coordinating with Clients, Sales team, Designers and Production team
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of project deliverables.
  • Organising and leading regular site progress
  • Should be updated on all project or site related issues
  • Make sure that all projects are delivered on time with good quality

Qualification:
Minimum 5 years experience in handling exhibition stand projects

Strong leadership, Communication and negotiable skills

Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities

UAE driving license is a plus


Work:
Full time
