JOB SUMMARY: The job is responsible forperforming a range of instrumentation and controls equipmentmaintenance for the HVAC and maintenance systems throughout thefacility as well as the repair and maintenance if the BMSnetwork.

KEY DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Works on basic HVACnetwork systems including fiber optic networks and buildingmanagement communication network shooting; Performsbasic electrical instillation; Requires to readily usetemperature and relative humidity meters data loggers electricalvolt and amp meters; Works closely with HVAC andplumbing field technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance ofHVAC and plumbing equipment; Performs minor AC andplumbing mechanical repairs; Assists other Maintenanceteam member when required Assist with painting and upkeepof HVAC and plumbing equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Aminimum of an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technologyor equivalent qualifications

Three (3)to five (5) years working experience in instrumentation andcontrols equipment systems or other related equipment Knowledge of BACnet a plus Knowledge of safe workpractices Basic knowledge of building maintenancesystems Must possess a valid drivers license Requires working shift JOB COMPETENCIES: Ability to readblue prints control drawings and logic controls programming Strong electrical /electronic troubleshooting skillsGeneral understanding of the theory of VFDs Basic knowledge of NFPA codes and regulations Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office suite
