Description
Manage professional scheduling and administrative requirements for CEO, including agendas, travel arrangements and client management

  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange company travel and travelrelated activities, including visa, hotel booking and transportation
  • Draft written communications, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to be communicated to any vendors or clients or for internal communications
  • Manage the submission & following up of invoices and expense claims from vendors
  • Manage, submit, and reconcile expense reports, credit card statements and payments.
  • Manage the ordering, receiving and management of office supplies and stationery, catering and courier requests, and coordination with vendors as needed
  • Documenting and distributing minutes of meeting, as required
  • Manage the DMCC portal (and others Free Trade Zone (FTZ) portals in UAE if required) and order requested documents from DMCC Authority (and other FTZs in UAE if required)
  • Ensuring Trade licenses and office rent agreements renewal on time
  • Greeting and welcoming guests ensuring their comfort and requirements
  • Performing other clerical receptionist/office assistant duties such as filing, archiving, coping, scanning, printing, bindings based on request.

Jumeriah Lake Towers

Timings: 6 days a week


Salary:
AED4000


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
