Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Analyze existing Sales operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Salesfunctional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Coordinate with Sales Team, and other external Clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2+ Years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated on emerging trends.
