a. To provide professional laundry service to the customers / client in a Safe & economic manner.

b. Will be Responsible for the Laundry operation during his shift

c. Liaison with Clients and Laundry Manager for smooth efficient Services at Laundry department

d. To Supervise Monitor Safety and Hygiene standard of the Laundry department.

e.

To ensure that High Level of Standards, Cleanliness, Customer Satisfaction and Staff Discipline is maintained in the Laundry department all the time.

f. Reports daily to Laundry Manager & responsible to provide professional laundry service to the customers.

g. Responsible to ensure that the customer feedbacks on laundry services are handled effectively to achieve customer satisfaction.

h. Ensure compliance of Safety Standards and SOP and maintain records accordingly.

i. Conduct daily briefing for the staff about the activities of the day

j. Responsible for the Smooth and efficient running of laundry, without customer complaints

k. Responsible for the implementation & follow up of best practices in the industry and for the successful completion of ISO standards as per the requirement of the company

l. Responsible for the successful compliance of Integrated Management System at site and an active member of IMS Team.

m. To ensure safe work will be carried out all times by adhering to the requirements of Health and Safety Standard to achieve incident free work place

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
