Aarna is a category 3A licenced company offering its customers truly global access in multiple asset classes to the world's investment exchanges. Role

Aarna is looking for a Trader/Broker to join its team to enhance its customer's voice brokered trading desk. The role will be responsible for all aspects of daily trading and client broking in multiple asset classes and shall involve daily communication with Aarna's counterparties and banks. The role will report to the SEO and shall include, but not be limited to:

• Responsible for servicing all customer voice brokered execution requirements in multiple asset classes, with primary focus on LME carries and FX
• Responsible for setting up clients' electronic trading infrastructures with limits that are approved by the Risk Manager
• Responsible for registration and maintaining database of customer's incentive programmes with relevant exchanges and/or brokers, as appropriate
• Responsible for trade queries
• Responsible for enabling each customer's required Market Data
• Responsible for holding appropriate regulatory exams to enable and maintain Aarna's exchange trading memberships
• Such other assistance as may be required by the Directors, exchanges and/or counterparties

Knowledge and Experience

• Knowledge of financial services products and markets generally and preferably those relevant to Aarna's business and that of its customers (e.g. exchange traded futures and options – especially LME, foreign exchange and cash related products)
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and trading venues

Managing Relationships

• Maintains key contacts with counterparties, banks and exchanges, where appropriate
• Ensures problems and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Represents Aarna in an appropriate manner which enhances business and professional relationships
