We are currentlyworking with a longstanding local Architecture &Engineering Consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi looking for aHR Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join theirteam.

The HRManager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of humanresources management and administration within the organization.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadershipskills excellent communication abilities and a thoroughunderstanding of HR best practices in the architectural andengineeringindustry.

Duties&Responsibilities

• Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness objectives of thecompany.
  
• Manage therecruitment and selection process including job postings candidatescreening interviewing andonboarding.
  
• Oversee employeerelations including resolving workplace conflicts conductinginvestigations and implementing disciplinary actions whennecessary.
  
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliancewith relevant laws andregulations.
  
• Coordinateemployee performance evaluations feedback sessions and careerdevelopmentinitiatives.
  
• Manage employeebenefits programs including health insurance retirement plans andother employeeperks.
  
• Handle employeepayroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness ofpayments.
  
• Lead and mentorHR staff members providing guidance and support asneeded.
  
• Monitor andanalyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement andrecommendsolutions.
  
• Stay updated onchanges in employment laws and regulations and ensure companycompliance.
  
• Collaborate withdepartment heads and senior management to address HRrelated issuesand support business growthinitiatives.
  
• Participate instrategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall successof theorganization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor sdegree in human resources management Business Administration or arelated field. Masters degreepreferred.
  
• 10years of progressive experiencein HR roles with a focus on architecture and engineeringconsultingfirms.
  
• Strong knowledgeof HR best practices employment laws andregulations.
  
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildrapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
  
• Demonstratedleadership abilities with a track record of effectively managingteams and drivingresults.
  
• Proficiency inHRIS software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
