Hiring - Sales/ Relationship Officers for our
Credit cards and Personal loans team.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with customers.
  • Ensure adherence to sales targets and deadlines.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in daytoday conduct.
  • Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.

Skills/ Requirements:


  • Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Must be highly motivated and goaloriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have sales experience of retail banking products.
  • 1 2 years in credit cards/personal loans/retail banking division in a bank or financial institution
  • Home country banking sales experience will also be considered.
  • Multilingual will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

*High School certificate or Bachelor's degree

AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
