Heavy Vehicle Driver (Waste Transportation)

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our waste transportation team in Abu Dhabi. As a Heavy Vehicle Driver, you will be collecting and transporting waste materials safely to designated disposal sites.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate heavy vehicles to collect and transport waste materials from construction, residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
  • Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while driving and operating the vehicle.
  • Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules for waste collection, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate with supervisors to report any issues, delays, or route changes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and waste management procedures.

Requirements:


  • Valid UAE driver's license (Heavy Vehicle-Waste Management ).
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver, preferably in waste transportation or a similar field.
  • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads.
  • Ability to operate heavy vehicles and hydraulic lifting equipment(Skip Loader and Compactor Vehicle)safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
