    Reporting directly to the Industries & Environment Business Director for Eastern Europe and Middle East; we are currently hiring Technical Governance Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust governance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving best practices for Middle East region.

    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical governance framework that aligns with the organization's objectives and industry standards.
    • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
    • Identify and assess risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
    • Oversee the entire business/process lifecycle.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets and tools ensuring that all documentation is up to date.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance governance processes to optimize efficiency and performance.
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on governance best practices and ensure awareness of policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on governance compliance, performance, and areas for improvement.
    • Benchmark our practices against market standards, assess our solutions and offerings and define area of improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in engineering or relevant technical background.
    • 20+ years of experience in governance within a technical environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks.
    • Experience with audit processes and risk management.
    • Technology driven with futuristic approach and good level of digital intelligence and e-awareness.
    • Candidates from Middle East region will be preferred.
