Job Description

• Implementation, and support of the enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Administering Servers, Active Directory and Microsoft Server applications.
• Support of Datacenters and its equipment.
• Support administration of storage systems and their security and backup operations.
• Support administration of Microsoft Exchange Email System.
• Setup and Manage Virtualized Environments for IT Systems.
• Ensure security of the information systems through enterprise security solutions such as anti-virus and enterprise backup.
• Implement and monitor disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT services.
• Ensure that the IT operations meet or exceed the performance SLA targets of the IT division.
• Record and maintain detailed configuration of Servers and applications.
• Comply with information technology quality assurance standards.
• Identify systems and applications for the development and upgrades to existing systems.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Monitoring of systems usage.
• Conform to relevant Service Level Agreements.
• Support collaborative team environment.

Business capabilities

• 6+ years of experience in a system Administration position in a large company
• Thorough understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery systems
• Strong knowledge in the following server technologies: Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) Linux, Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (2013, 2016, 2019)
• Strong knowledge in Datacenter Technologies and Enterprise Virtualization Solutions such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Strong knowledge of Anti-Virus and Enterprise Backup Solutions from Symantec or equivalent
• Technical proficiency in security-related hardware and software.

Interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical skills, organizational time management & problem solving skills
• Proven skills in working collaboratively with business teams Education
• Bachelor in computer science/engineering, or equivalent required
• Relevant industry systems certifications
