- Responsible for pick-up anddelivery of guest laundry.
- Collect laundry anddry cleaning bags from guest rooms and ensure that guest name, roomnumber and laundry pieces are listed.
- Count andverify all items as per the laundry and dry cleaning lists andrecord collection and delivery times and specialmessage.
- Report immediately any guest valuables/ items found in pockets of clothes sent tolaundry.
- Check all items for damage and stainsand take appropriate action to rectify theseissues.
- Responsible for all garment check, carelabel and fabric condition before and after washing and drycleaning
- Responsible to collect and deliveroutside guest laundry / drycleaning.
- Responsible for delivering all guestitems punctually and in a professional, courteousway
- Assist in the loading and unloading ofdryers and sort out washed laundry items.
- Pressall guest items according to fabric hot press and steampress
- Assist in inventories and attend alltrainings as informed and scheduled.
