We are looking for Associate for one of our client's Legal Consultancy




ROLE:
ASSOCIATE




SALARY:
8000 AED




EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years' experience as corporate lawyer in UAE

(BILINGUAL IS A MUST)

JOB TASK:


  • Client Management, Drafting
  • Reviewing and execution of contracts and agreements
  • Drafting legal proposals, legal advice and opinions
  • Undertaking legal research and keeping up to date with new legislation in the region
  • Developing and evaluating new business partnerships with SMEs. Developing, proposing & supporting vertical and horizontal collaborations.

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
