Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition onboarding Learning & Development activities reporting to the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager based in our Barsha office The role supports the end-to-end recruitment process for selected roles including creating vacancies drafting posting job advertisements managing internal external job board postings acting as key point of contact for hiring managers candidates You will support candidate sourcing screening assessment administration interview coordination reference checks plan schedule coordinate corporate induction programmes The role also supports onboarding activities providing hands-on support during induction supporting line managers with role-based inductions monitoring progress addressing issues ensuring smooth positive onboarding experience
