    Senior Officer - Designer

    The role of Senior Officer-Designer involves creating visually appealing and innovative designs that align with the bank's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Create visually engaging designs for marketing materials, digital content, and branding.
      • Deliver high-quality and innovative designs within deadlines.
      • Gather positive feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
    2. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and marketing assets.
    3. Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
    4. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
    5. Coordinate print production, including material specifications, quality, and execution.
    6. Design simple animations and interactive digital assets.
    7. Develop creative and branding guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
    8. Propose design concepts and execute creative ideas within the approved marketing framework.

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, certification in UI/UX Design or Motion Graphics is a plus, 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication, preferably in banking, retail, or agencies.

    Language Skills:

    Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken), bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred for localized content.

    Computer/Software Skills:

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, knowledge of HTML & CSS for web design is an advantage.
