Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
  • Collaborate with management to develop performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Recruitment experience is a must preferable in a tech industry
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
