We are looking for a dedicated female personal trainer preferably Europeans to join our team at AB fitness.

Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any potential limitations.
Design customized exercise programs tailored to individual clients' needs and goals, incorporating a variety of exercises and techniques.
Provide oneonone or small group training sessions that focus on proper form, technique, and safety.
Demonstrate exercises and guide clients in correct execution to minimize the risk of injury and maximize results.
Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey and maintain a positive attitude throughout their sessions.
Monitor clients' progress, track achievements, and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continued advancement.
Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness to enhance their fitness outcomes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, exercise science, and training methodologies to continuously improve and enhance your skills.
Ensure a clean and safe workout environment by sanitizing equipment and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Build strong rapport and establish longlasting relationships with clients to foster a sense of community and loyalty.
