    Description

    Job Title: Claims Analyst

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to analyze claims and make recommendations for settlement.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with insurance companies and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze claims to determine coverage under policy
    • Make recommendations for claim settlement
    • Inform clients about claim status and allocation
    • Organize payments to clients for repair or replacement of lost items
    • Ensure timely handling of inquiries and payments
    • Appoint insurance loss adjusters and private investigators as needed
    • Contact independent experts in case of disputes
    • Attend disputes tribunals as required
    • Obtain approvals for medical procedures
    • Work closely with insurance companies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
    • Communicate and follow up with insurance companies
    • Explain policy coverage to clients
    • Respond promptly to client complaints and reimbursement claims

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications
