We are currently on the lookout for a talented Website Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team.

Position Overview:

As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing, building, coding, and maintaining our proprietary websites.

Your role will be pivotal in achieving the highest levels of SEO optimization, UX (User Experience), and IX (Information Experience).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and in alignment with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand website requirements and business goals.
Design and develop responsive websites that are compatible across devices and browsers.
Convert designs into functional HTML/PHP templates, ensuring best practices in frontend development.
Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
Optimize website performance and implement onpage SEO strategies.
Monitor website analytics, conduct SEO audits, and identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create intuitive navigation systems.
Perform regular website maintenance tasks and stay updated with the latest web design trends.
Collaborate with content creators and crossfunctional teams for website enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in website design and frontend/backend development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, UX design principles, and WordPress CMS.
Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Full English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
