    • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
    • Manage import and export documentation and maintain accurate records
    • Resolve any shipping issues or delays that may arise
    • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and optimize logistics operations
    • Assist with inventory management and stock control

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping or logistics administration
    • Proficient in using shipping and logistics software
    • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
