- Handling client's ordersfrom start to finish.
- Sending samples toclients as requested and taking job orders fromclients.
- Taking all Job order details from thesales department or directly from theclient.
- Calculating the filling and mixing ofperfumes and make tables with the right amounts of elements andmeasurements and send it to sales for approval and then to thefactory for the production.
- Contactingsuppliers, locally or internationally to get the wanted rawmaterials necessary for producing requestedproducts.
- Searching for and finding newsuppliers.
- Checking with the logisticdepartment with shipments of supplies, and when the supplies arrivefor accuracy of inventory.
- Sending the rawmaterials to the factory and advising them about the productdetails and making sure that the product filling and mixing isaccurate.
- Monitoring inventoryavailability.
- Follow up with the productionprocess.
- Preparing invoices for Privateprojects.
