As the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager in the Lubricants Manufacturing sector, your role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability within the production processes.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing QHSE policies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


Quality Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for lubricants manufacturing.

Establish and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.


Health and Safety:

Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.

Ensure compliance with relevant occupational health and safety regulations.


Environmental Management:

Develop and implement environmental management systems to promote sustainability in manufacturing processes.

Monitor and reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing operations.


Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards related to quality, health, safety, and the environment in the lubricants industry.

Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with local, national, and international regulations.


Incident Investigation and Reporting:

Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records and report incidents as required by regulatory authorities.


Auditing and Inspection:

Conduct internal audits to assess QHSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, ensuring full cooperation and compliance.


Training and Development:

Develop and deliver training programs on QHSE policies and procedures for employees at all levels.

Promote a culture of awareness and responsibility regarding QHSE matters.


Documentation and Reporting:

Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to QHSE policies and procedures.

Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance against QHSE objectives and key performance indicators.


Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to enhance QHSE performance.

Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize QHSE processes.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in a QHSE management role within the lubricants manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of QHSE systems, standards, and regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in incident investigation and corrective action implementation.

Certification in QHSE management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO is a plus.

Familiarity with lubricants manufacturing processes.


Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
