GPS Marketing Agency is looking for a
Digital Marketer (possibility to work remotely FULL-TIME) to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 aed_
(based on the experience)Responsibilities**:_

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify critical conversion points and dropoff points and optimize user funnels.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proven working experience minimum of 4 years experience in a Digital Marketing Agency/Company
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing processes
  • Selfmotivated yet customerfocused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Able to develop budgets
  • Preferably bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
