GPS Marketing Agency is looking for a
Digital Marketer (possibility to work remotely FULL-TIME) to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 aed_
(based on the experience)Responsibilities**:_
- Develop a digital marketing strategy.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identify critical conversion points and dropoff points and optimize user funnels.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proven working experience minimum of 4 years experience in a Digital Marketing Agency/Company
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Managing processes
- Selfmotivated yet customerfocused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Able to develop budgets
- Preferably bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
