    WhatYou'll Do On a Typical Day

    • Supervise the Inventory Control teammembers, ensuring company policies areenforced
    • Maintain the integrity of inventoryrecords while following establishedprocedures
    • Research complex transactionhistories to reconcilediscrepancies
    • Communicate effectively with alllevels of management, as well as with customerrepresentatives
    • Provide leadership and trainingto accomplish company goals andobjectives
    • Coordinate activities for teammembers, ensuring effective use of productive workinghours
    • Investigate all facets of facilitiesoperations to troubleshoot processes and make/recommendedimprovements

    What You Need ToSucceed At GXO

    At a minimum,you'll need:

    • 4years of relevant work experience
    • Experiencewith and proficiency in Microsoft Office

    It'd Be GreatIf You Also Have

    • Bachelor's degree orequivalent related work or militaryexperience
    • APICS or CSCMPcertifications
    • 5 years of inventory controlexperience, including supervisory or managerialexperience
    • Ability to quickly learn and achieveproficiency in new software applications
    • Solidtime management and multitaskingskills
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; ability to present clean, organized, andthorough information and data appropriate for intendedaudience
    • Self-motivated work style withexcellent analytical and math skills
    • Solidattention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability toidentify and resolve problems
