    • Have a provenrecord as a Project Engineer
    • Able torepresent the practice at project level.
    • Demonstrate ability to take responsibility for projects.
    • Ability to manage the design and construction stages ofa project.
    • Management/financialawareness.
    • Ability to supervise a small teamof engineers and technicians.
    • Be responsiblefor delivering work to a fee agreed with a ProjectManager.
    • Interface for the taskinclude:
    • Task delivery to agreed deadline andfee.
    • Task cost control
    • Task quality.
    • Present to clients.
    • Track Vos and additional costs
    • Construct project teams from internal and externalresources.
    • Plan projects &resources
    • Achieve 90% chargeabletime.
    • Ensure QA/QC is undertaking and signedoff for the department.
