    A leading Real Estate Agency in the UAE is looking for a Team Lead who will lead the team of real estate agents and drive business growth in the competitive commercial real estate market in UAE.

    You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, fostering an environment of open communication, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Build and manage a network of local real estate agents to provide new commercial property listings.
    2. Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for agents to work towards and manage the pipeline of a transaction from start to finish
    3. Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are current and track progress
    4. Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring alignment with industry changes.
    5. Offer guidance and motivation to close sales, focusing on achieving overall objectives.
    6. Develop and implement client relations strategy, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
    7. Conduct sales meetings and training programs to enhance agent skills and meet targets.
    8. Identify business opportunities through networking and attending property events.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    1. A Degree in Management, Real Estate or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry (UAE)
    3. Should have a good understanding of UAE real estate legislation, industry news, issues, and trends.
    4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    5. Excellent English communication skills, Arabic speaking will be an advantage
    6. Proven leadership and management skills of small to medium-sized teams.
    7. Customer-centric with a warm demeanour, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
