    To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute in achieving the sales targets.

    Job Description

    Walk-in customers:

    • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales

    · Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate service process with them paying attention to their needs, and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product.

    • Answer questions about services provided by D Luxe and the viability of the service on their vehicles, service check-ups required and warranties covering their services
    • Provide customers with
    • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their service selection
    • Provide the customer with details about other non-requested services that would add value to their vehicles (Upsale)

    · Ensure pre-delivery inspections (ensure that it is QC certified), place the D Luxe perfume & D Luxe on all cars leaving D Luxe

    • Request the customer to leave a Google Maps review
    • Ensure that payment has been received by the cashier before releasing the vehicle

    Reporting requirements:

    • Monitor the progress of the jobs in D Luxe and provide timely updates to Operations Manager and potentially, the customer

    · Report daily on sales data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance

    · Ensure that the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties.

    · Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle handover.

    · Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.

    · Participate in seasonal sales campaign and promotions to maximize sales penetration

    • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
    • Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs

    · Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.

    · Prepare/ maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager of the same.

    · Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.

    · Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars.
