We are looking for Telesales Executive for our office in Dubai for Canada and European immigration services.


Tele Sales Executive (Female) - Europe and Canada Immigration:


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
  • Providing information to customers
  • Monitoring sales performance
  • Closing sales deals
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
  • Updating customer details
  • Keeping uptodate with alterations to immigration laws.
  • Able to do sales over calls.
  • Ability to achieve monthly targets.
  • Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
  • Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
  • Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
  • Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
  • Preparing and providing invoices for your services
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about immigration product or service.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Target need to be achieved by sales agent every month
  • Enter and update customer information in the database

Telesales Representative requirements are:

Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative

Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs

Must have at least 1 year of immigration experience either in UAE or home country.

  • Must have knowledge of Canadian and European immigration programs.
  • Must have strong communication in English and open to learning and be a team player.
  • Motivating people to migrate to different countries mainly Canada, Malta and other European Countries etc. on Permanent Residency (PR) and for other programs.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma / BA/BSc degree would be a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
