• Role:- IST Switch Techno Functional Consultant
• Location: Dubai
• Experience: 8 to 12 years
• Availability: Immediate to 1 month
• We're looking for an IST Switch Techno Functional Consultant having 9+ years of experience in IT worked on Developing Banking Application and application maintenance phases of the Software Development cycle.
• Good Working Experience in technologies like C, C++, Pro*C and Oracle PL/SQL, XML, PERL, python, UNIX, JAVA REST API web services,Linux,Unix.
• Experience in application development of financial transactions in IST product modules such as (IST ATM/POS Switch/Clearing/MAS) applications which supports functionalities such as mag-stripe, EMV contact & contactless (QR/Barcode/Wallet) transactions, HSM Key management process, EDC merchant settlement and reconciliation, Fraud and risk validation process.
• Good working Knowledge on complete merchant transaction lifecycle, ATM EDC/POS EMV functionality, terminal model certifications (Verifone/Ingenico/MPOS) devices, Payment gateway, POS merchant acquiring, pricing, GL accounting, risk, settlement and reconciliation process, ATM(Wincore/Diebold) transaction processing in Switch.
• Hands on Experience in ISO8583 message protocols, tools like FINSIM, Mastercard, Visa Simulators, network (VISA BaseII /IPM/JCB) file submission process.
• Good working knowledge on Agile methodology development, source code management systems such as Git, Jira process.

Programming Languages – C, C++, Oracle, Pro*C, XML, JAVA Springboot Rest API services

Scripting - Shell, perl, Awk, Sed programming, Python.

OS – Unix (Tru64 Unix OSF1 Alpha Version 7.2), MS Windows XP,Linux Rhel.

Databases – Oracle9i/11g,12c (SQL, PL/SQL),DB2.
