- Keeps proper administration for all correspondence concerning Banquet Operation. Works with Banquet and Conference Sales to coordinate menus for food and beverage services for banquets.
- Ensures proper arrangement for equipment, such as projectors and computers, or office supplies, such as paper and pens.
- Transmits necessary information and coordinates event planning with production, service and housekeeping, and all departments involved.
- Arranges for printing of menus, procuring of decorations, entertainment and other special requests.
- Updates OASYS payroll for banquet operation.
- Responsible for FBM inputs / requisitions such as general store items, food store items and beverages.
- Responsible for monthly training calendar for banquet operation team.
- Completes filing tasks as assigned by the banquet operations manager.
- Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
