As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Perform business process modeling and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
