    Au sein de l'équipe Infrastructures urbaines, à titre d'adjoint(e) administratif (ve) :

    Vos responsabilités :
    • Effectuer la mise en page, la correction et l'assurance qualité de divers rapports techniques, administratifs, offre de services, devis (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe, ponctuation, etc.);
    • Effectuer la facturation et faire le suivi des budgets selon les directives des chargés de projet;
    • Ouverture et suivi de projet sur notre plate-forme Focus GP;
    • Effectuer les dépôts;
    • Rédiger la correspondance courante et divers documents tels que contrats, rapports, offres de service, comptes rendus de réunion, lettres, etc.;
    • Voir à l'approvisionnement des fournitures et la coordination de l'entretien du bureau;
    • Tenir à jour la documentation, le classement et assure le suivi des dossiers (offres de service, projets);
    • Supporter les ressources dans leur application;
    • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
    Votre profil :
    • Diplôme d'études collégiales en bureautique ou AEC ou équivalent;
    • Minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
    • Expérience dans un poste similaire pour une firme de génie-conseil, pour un entrepreneur ou un laboratoire (atout);
    • Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office ;
    • Connaissance du logiciel InDesign (atout);
    • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française (écrit et parlé) et maîtrise de l'anglais (atout);
    • Sens élevé de l'observation et du détail;
    • Minutie, autonomie et débrouillardise;
    • Sens des priorités et de la gestion des échéanciers.
