Job Summary
Invoicing prepare and process all customer invoices accurately and on time Prepare update the system accurately for all FOC transactions Maintain proper records for weekly and monthly FOC activities Perform weekly FOC stock correction Prepare update the Delivery Report regularly Ensure all delivered items are accurately recorded Reply to customer emails professionally and on time Maintain proper email records ensure follow-ups wherever required Record journal entries for all office-related expenses Process Amazon sales invoicing assist the accounts operations teams whenever required Maintain proper documentation for all tasks Follow company policies ensure confidentiality of company data
