As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their automotive needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and requirements.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and other automotive services.
Explain service recommendations, including the benefits and importance of each.
Coordinate service appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and managing workloads.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes in the repair process.
Upsell additional services or products that align with customer needs and vehicle requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, services provided, and billing information.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service advising, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive terminology, repairs, and maintenance.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training or certification is a plus.

Salary:
AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
