Summary


This role is dedicated to providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office, by ensuring all duties are delivered in high quality and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Maintain office supplies and company's inventory.
  • Prepare regular reports on office budgets and expenses.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Maintain company calendar, schedule appointments and book meeting rooms.
  • Arrange travel needs and booking.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Maintain daytoday operations of the administrative department.

Facility Management

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Maintain office supplies such as ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure office supplies and resources are restocked.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration
  • Administration Assistant certificate is not a must but it is highly preferable.
