We're recruiting 'IT Desktop Support Specialist' for one of our client based in Dubai, UAEJob Description:
In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible to provide technical support across a mixed OS environment with end-users of varying technical abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Preparation and installation of Client PCs for HIS or non
Required to participate in a rotating call schedule to cover the needs of the operations 24×7 as determined by reporting manager.
Requirements:
Education:
