    Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience interritory sales, particularly in the constructionindustry.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales,lead generation, and account management.
    • Solidexperience in cold calling, prospecting, and outsidesales.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of RMX concrete,concrete & aggregates, aggregates, paving, and civilcontracting.
    • Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
    • Ability to build rapportwith clients and deliver excellent customerservice.
    • Strong organizational and planningskills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software andMS Office.
    • Ability to travel asneeded.
