They are looking to hire a FactoryManager for their Electrical / Lighting Manufacturingfacility in Abu Dhabi.As the FactoryManager you will be responsible for overseeing the overallproduction and operations of our electrical/lighting manufacturingfacility in Abu Dhabi.
This role involves strategic planningefficient resource utilization cost management and ensuring thehighest standards of product quality.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand anddelivery schedules.
Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency andproductivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatoryrequirements.
Supervise daytoday operations to meet production targets anddeadlines.
Implement and maintain best practices for safety cleanliness andorganization within thefactory.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline crossfunctionalprocesses.

Requirements
