    Black &Grey HR is recruiting for a wellestablished business group based inAbu Dhabi. They are looking to hire a FactoryManager for their Electrical / Lighting Manufacturingfacility in Abu Dhabi.

    As the FactoryManager you will be responsible for overseeing the overallproduction and operations of our electrical/lighting manufacturingfacility in Abu Dhabi.

    This role involves strategic planningefficient resource utilization cost management and ensuring thehighest standards of product quality.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand anddelivery schedules.
    Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency andproductivity.
    Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatoryrequirements.
    Supervise daytoday operations to meet production targets anddeadlines.
    Implement and maintain best practices for safety cleanliness andorganization within thefactory.
    Collaborate with other departments to streamline crossfunctionalprocesses.
    Monitor and control production costs to maximizeprofitability.
    Identify areas for cost reduction and implement costsavinginitiatives.
    Work closely with the finance team to manage budgetaryrequirements.
    Analyze financial data to assess the factorys performance againstkey performance indicators(KPIs).
    Develop strategies to improve profit margins while maintainingproductquality.
    Collaborate with senior management to formulate businessstrategies.
    Lead and motivate a diverse team of production and operationalstaff.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback forprofessionaldevelopment.
    Foster a positive and collaborative workingenvironment.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience in amanagerial role within a manufacturing environment preferably inthe electrical/lighting industry.
    Strong understanding of production processes quality control andsupply chain management.
    Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills.
    Solid financial acumenwith the ability to manage budgets and analyze financialdata.
    Knowledge of health andsafetyregulations.
