An exciting opportunity for a growing F&B company in the region.
Your role:
This position involves curating and engaging with a diverse portfolio of corporate and events, utilizing existing customer relationships to ensure active participation.
Key responsibilities encompass securing catering contracts with top corporate customers, maintaining impeccable execution standards, and overseeing documentation and approvals.The role demands a deep understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills for maximizing profitability, and advanced knowledge of Events P&L to drive financial success.
Must have:
Proven track record in events and catering management. In-depth industry connections and a strong network within the events sector. Strong negotiation skills and advanced knowledge of Events P&L. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions. Effective people management skills, including mentoring and collaboration. Positive attitude when representing House of Pops with event organizers and corporates.
