Description
Process, follow up, coordinate all Dubai land department procedures for the organization.

  • Compile all required documents for project registration, unit registration and all procedures for maintaining projects in RERA Process escrow account payments for the project.
  • Process oqood registration for units. Coordinate and follow up with Dubai land department.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Arabic Language is must
  • Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes is must
  • Has contacts in DLD in various departments.
  • UAE driving license and car

Salary:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
